Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract and retain customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Track and report sales performance, leads, and conversions
Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers welcome if highly motivated).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google suites and MS Office tools
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
