? Leverage data to track metrics, identify gaps, and drive informed decisions.
? Manage stakeholders & crises with clarity, composure, and structured problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience in high-scale operations management or revenue channel ownership, ideally in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or fast-growing global businesses.
? Proven experience running operations that delivered $75M-$100M+ ARR or equivalent scale.
? Strong ability to strategize around people and processes while balancing short-term and long-term goals.
? Depth in analytics and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
? Exceptional problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
? Willingness to operate during US business hours and travel to the US for ~3 months annually.
