BD & Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities:



- Identify & develop business opportunities in architecture & interiors.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

- Build and maintain relationships with developers & corporate clients.

- Research market trends and generate leads.

- Represent the firm at industry events & networking forums.

Requirements:



- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Confident, persuasive, and proactive approach.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.

- Passion for architecture & interior design.

- Prior experience in BD/Sales preferred but not mandatory.

BBA/MBA
