The BD Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives focusing on project management and stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive company growth
Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Provide strategic direction in stakeholder management to foster strong relationships and collaboration
Implement effective knowledge management strategies to optimize information sharing and utilization
Coordinate business operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Develop proposals and presentations to communicate business solutions to potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
Support finance and accounting teams by providing insights and strategic guidance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities
Qualifications
Possess strong project management skills with a proven track record in delivering successful projects
Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Have a solid understanding of knowledge management strategies and their application in business
Exhibit proficiency in business operations with a focus on process optimization
Experience in finance and accounting is a plus providing valuable insights into business strategies
Show excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey business solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both remote and in-office environments.
