Business Development Executive (BDE)

focused on

SEO services

, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, pitching our SEO solutions, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing to build a career in the fast-growing digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and research potential clients (businesses, startups, e-commerce stores, local brands, etc.) who can benefit from

SEO services

through LinkedIn, Google search, directories, and other lead generation sources. Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Understand client business needs, explain how

SEO

(on-page, off-page, technical, local SEO, content optimization, etc.) can help improve their search rankings, traffic, and revenue. Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos of our SEO case studies / results. Handle initial client meetings (virtual or in-person), negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals in CRM tools (or Excel/Google Sheets). Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, proposals sent, and revenue generated. Collaborate with the SEO delivery team to understand service offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Follow up with prospects regularly to convert them into paying clients. Assist in building long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements / Qualifications



Fresher to 2 years of experience (preferred in sales, telesales, business development, digital marketing agencies, or lead generation roles). Strong communication skills. Confident personality with good convincing & negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of

digital marketing

or

SEO

concepts (keyword research, Google rankings, website traffic, backlinks, etc.) - freshers can learn on the job. Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, CRM software, Google Workspace, etc. Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
