Remote / WFH (Client visits as needed)
Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi-NCR or major metro cities
About the Role:
We're hiring a Pure Business Development professional (no delivery role) to drive new client acquisition for our recruitment services in the Manufacturing, BFSI, and Healthcare sectors.
Your role will be to reach out to decision-makers, understand their hiring needs, and onboard them as clients with clear deliverables and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Pitch recruitment services to CXOs, CHROs, Plant HRs, and Business Heads
Set up meetings, conduct discovery calls, and understand hiring pain points
Share tailored proposals, negotiate commercials, and close mandates
Maintain a strong and active pipeline of leads and prospects
Coordinate internally for mandate handover to the delivery team
You Must Have:
3 8 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Prior experience in recruitment/staffing, HR consulting, or B2B service sales
Proven ability to acquire mid to large enterprise clients
Strong communication, pitching, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle

Recruitment & Staffing Agencies (in client acquisition roles)
HR Tech / ATS platforms (e.g., Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, HireCraft in enterprise sales roles)
Payroll/Compliance/Background Verification firms (B2B service sales)
SaaS / B2B Platforms selling to HR, Admin, or Founders (e.g., CRM, performance tools, AI HR platforms)
