We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with an IT background who can drive growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
cold calling, email campaigns, and B2B outreach
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present IT services/solutions.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve business targets.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and lead databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT services/software).
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including cold calling and email marketing.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
