KRA for Business Development Executive1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Qualify leads based on target industries and potential value.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Building
Conduct initial communication with potential clients to understand their needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into active clients.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote and sell the company's
digital marketing and pharma marketing services
.
Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
Contribute to increasing overall company revenue.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Research industry trends and potential markets.
Analyze competitors' strategies and suggest improvements.
Share insights with the management team to refine sales approaches.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain proper records of client interactions, proposals, and conversions.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the team lead/manager.
Update CRM or internal systems with accurate client data.
6. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the digital marketing, design, and content teams for client requirements.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in brainstorming sessions for lead generation.
7. Customer Satisfaction
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing timely responses and resolutions.
Gather client feedback and relay it to the internal team for improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,400.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
