Job Description



We are hiring a

BD Executive

to manage on-ground lead generation, customer engagement, and field outreach activities. The role involves meeting potential customers, presenting product/service information, creating strong local networks, and supporting overall sales targets through effective field operations.

Key Responsibilities



Visit potential customers and local businesses as per daily field schedules Generate leads through direct interactions, referrals, and local networking Present product/service details clearly and confidently Assist in converting interested prospects and support sales target achievement Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community contacts Support promotional initiatives by distributing brochures and marketing materials Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies Maintain accurate CRM records including visits, leads, and follow-ups Participate in outreach campaigns, events, and exhibitions when required Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) 0-3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage field travel independently Proactive, target-driven, and consistent in follow-ups Willingness to travel as needed Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
