They act as a bridge between strategy and execution, focusing on market entry, partnerships, and increasing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Identify new markets, trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Lead Generation:
Source and qualify new prospects, often through cold calling or networking.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop growth strategies, sales projections, and business plans.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and meet client needs.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Create proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Performance Monitoring:
Track progress, analyze performance metrics, and ensure goals are met with the help of MIS.
