Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion across different business models. Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement effective business strategies that support the company's growth plans. This includes identifying high-potential locations and markets for expansion. Investor Relations: Proactively build relationships with potential investors. Prepare and present compelling business proposals to secure funding for expansion projects. Site Selection & Location Analysis: Evaluate and recommend new locations based on market conditions, demographics, and business potential. Lead the site selection process, ensuring optimal locations for growth. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with management, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans. Partnerships & Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, government officials, and local business leaders to facilitate market entry and expansion. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of expansion initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to ensure goals are being met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in business development, expansion strategies, or market research. Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities. Strong experience in conducting market research and analysing data to support decision-making. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage investors and stakeholders. Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends across different business models. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to travel as required to evaluate potential expansion locations and meet with investors.
