Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
