Profile: BD Associate-Construction-Surat-60k
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preference: Construction / Prefab / Real Estate / Building Materials / Infrastructure)
Salary Range: ?40,000 - ?60,000 + Performance-based incentives (based on experience and performance)
Roles:
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify and develop new business opportunities across: Residential projects, Commercial projects, Hospitality projects, Institutional & Government / CSR projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with: Clients, Architects, Consultants, Institutional buyers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project walkthroughs
Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for accurate project scoping
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client engagement across India as required
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing - Preferred
Language:
English - Mandatory
Hindi - Mandatory
Gujarati / Marathi - is a plus
