Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new clients and upcoming renewable energy trends.
Analyze competitor and market data to support expansion strategies.
Client Acquisition & Networking
Approach and engage prospective clients in India and abroad.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to build networks and generate leads.
Tendering & Bidding Support
Identify relevant tenders, EOIs, and RFPs in the renewable energy sector.
Assist in preparing tender documentation, bid submissions, and compliance checklists.
Coordinate with technical teams to align commercial and technical submissions.
Track tender deadlines, clarifications, and post-bid follow-ups.
Sales & Client Relationship
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for repeat business.
Assist senior BD officers in negotiating and closing deals.
Provide proactive client feedback to improve services.
Collaboration & Support
Work with marketing and technical teams to align BD efforts with organizational strategy.
Provide regular updates on market needs and client expectations.
Qualifications
Education:
Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) -
First Class mandatory
.
Experience:
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in business development, tendering, or client relations.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.
