Oversee the overall execution of the mentoring program.
Ensure timely matching of mentors and mentees based on program criteria.
Schedule and coordinate mentoring sessions, including orientation and progress reviews.
Maintain records and documentation related to mentoring activities.
Technical Support and Portal Management:
Provide first-level technical assistance for users of the mentoring portal.
Liaise with the IT team or portal vendor for issue resolution and updates.
Conduct user training or orientation sessions on portal usage.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the portal.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track participation and progress of mentor-mentee interactions.
Collect, analyze, and report on mentoring outcomes and metrics.
Identify and escalate issues or challenges in the mentoring process.
Generate regular reports for management review.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Design and implement feedback mechanisms for mentors and mentees.
Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Recommend enhancements to the mentoring process and portal functionalities.
