We are seeking a detail-oriented BBS Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects.This position requires a strong background in Civil engineering along with the ability to analyze schematics and apply continuous improvement methodologies. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed Bar bending schedule based on project specifications, schematics, and structural drawings.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
Develop BBS,BBM,Finishing quantities as per specificstions and details
Utilize AutoCAD and other programming tools to create and modify technical drawings as needed.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing estimation findings and recommendations for management review.
Qualifications & Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and specialised course in Quantity Estimation
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with programming tools is highly desirable..
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of Experience in Quantity Survey and Structural Quntity take off for Construction Projects.
