Salvina is looking for enthusiastic BBM and

MBA freshers

for an internship program in

Marketing, Sales, and Business Development

. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the

real estate industry

while working on strategic marketing, customer engagement, and sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in marketing and sales activities for

villa plots

. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Engage with potential customers, real estate agents, and communities. Develop social media and digital marketing strategies. Support lead generation and follow-up with clients. Participate in property visits and client meetings. Assist in branding, promotions, and event marketing.

Requirements:

MBA in

Marketing, Sales, or Business Development

(Freshers). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in

real estate and property sales

. Knowledge of

digital marketing & social media

is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
