Bulk Hiring for BBA/MBA Passout for Banking KYC Support Process

Answer calls/Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
80% BackOffice & 20% Calling Profile.
Qualifications and Skills-
Should have very good Analytical skills. He or she should be very good with numbers. Should have very good interpersonal skills with decent verbal and written communication skills
Fresher/Experience both can apply who want to start their Career in Banking Customer Support Process.
