The BBA & MBA Faculty/Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) management students. The role requires strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to guide students academically and professionally. The faculty member will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and overall departmental growth.
Teach BBA subjects:
Management Principles, Marketing, HRM, Business Communication, Accounting, Economics, Organizational Behaviour, Business Law.
Teach MBA subjects according to specialization:
Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Strategy, Research Methodology, Managerial Economics.
Develop lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, and case studies.
Conduct classroom teaching, seminars, and group discussions.
Student Guidance
Mentor students regarding academic performance and career development.
Guide students in BBA/MBA projects, internships, presentations, and research work.
Encourage industry exposure and practical learning.
Assessment & Evaluation
Prepare and evaluate internal assessments, question papers, and examination materials.
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
Academic Coordination
Participate in curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
Attend departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs).
Coordinate academic events, seminars, guest lectures, and industry visits.
Institutional Responsibilities
Support admission processes, orientation programs, and academic planning.
Participate in college events, conferences, and institutional initiatives.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.
3. Qualifications Required
Master's Degree in Management or relevant specialization (MBA/Master's in Management).
Specializations preferred: Marketing, Finance, HRM, Operations.
Strong conceptual knowledge in management and business subjects.
4. Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage students and deliver interactive sessions.
Knowledge of case-based teaching, research basics, and modern teaching tools.
