- Inside Sales Executive

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Explain training programs, course benefits, fees, and career outcomes effectively. Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly enrollment targets. Maintain and update lead information in CRM or database systems. Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the admission process.
