Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

Support marketing campaigns through research, content coordination, and outreach. Assist in social media management, basic graphic design (Canva, etc.), and posting schedules.

HR Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment operations like job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records. Help organize internal events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Marketing / HR specialization preferred 0-1 year of experience (freshers encouraged to apply) Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of marketing tools or HR software is a plus
