? Manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
? Assist in drafting and managing business communications (emails, notices, circulars, etc.).
? Support in content development for HR documents, company policies, and other internal requirements.
? Coordinate with teams and management to ensure smooth HR processes.
? Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace communication.
