Manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
Assist in drafting and managing business communications (emails, notices, circulars, etc.).
Support in content development for HR documents, company policies, and other internal requirements.
Coordinate with teams and management to ensure smooth HR processes.
Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace communication.
Communication and presentation to clients for new requirements.
Sales pitch to new clients in our domain.
Maintaining attendance records using both online and offline systems.
Support to the management team by handling HR operations and assisting in administrative tasks.
