BBA Faculty / Assistant Professor - BBA

The Faculty is responsible for teaching undergraduate Business Administration students, guiding them in academic and practical learning, and supporting their overall professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach BBA subjects such as Management, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Entrepreneurship

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials as per university syllabus

Conduct lectures, case studies, group discussions, and presentations

Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and projects

Mentor students for internships, projects, and career development

Participate in curriculum development and academic planning

Maintain attendance, records, and internal assessment documentation

Support seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and academic events

Follow institutional policies and academic standards

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA / M.Com / M.Sc Management)

NET / SET / PhD preferred (as per UGC norms)

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

Skills Required:

Excellent teaching and presentation skills

Student-centric approach

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to guide projects and research work

Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools

Experience:

0-5 years (as per institution requirements)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
