Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute testing protocols for lithium-ion battery systems, focusing on safety,
performance, and thermal management.
Conduct rigorous assessments of battery performance under various conditions, including
temperature extremes and load variations.
Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, insights, and
recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of thermal management solutions in
battery designs.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to battery testing and safety.
Identify potential issues during testing and work with engineering teams to implement solutions.
Support the development of testing equipment and methodologies to enhance efficiency and
accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in testing and validation of lithium-ion battery systems.
Strong knowledge of safety and performance standards applicable to battery technologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and testing equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with thermal management principles and technologies for battery systems.
Experience with software tools for data analysis and simulation.
