? Oversee day-to-day manufacturing & assembly operations
? Monitor production quality, testing & performance parameters
? Ensure adherence to safety, compliance & manufacturing standards
? Coordinate with R&D, procurement, QA/QC & warehouse teams
? Maintain production reports, documentation & inventory records
? Support continuous improvement & process optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
3-4 years of experience in solar, battery, or electronics manufacturing
Strong technical understanding of lithium battery packs & solar components
Knowledge of production planning, troubleshooting & quality checks
Good communication & teamwork skills
