Education
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, or related field
M.Tech / MBA (Operations) - Preferred
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in a senior production or technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience with battery chemistries (Li-ion / Sodium-ion, etc.) preferred.
