The role involves tasks including but not limited to -

All Type Of

Battery Assembly

2W, 3W & 4W

With

Prismatic

&

Cylindrical Cells

Machine Operating Knowledge Of

Cell Capacity

&

IR Process

For Pack Assembly. Assemble Battery Modules & Packs Including

Mechanical Structure

&

Electrical Interconnections

Like

Busbars, Wiring Harnesses, Connectors, etc.

Perform

Basic Functional Testing

of assembled battery packs Familiar Working On

Battery Vehicle Integration

&

Rework If Required.

Rework

At The

Customer Site

May Be Required When Necessary

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in

Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering

Minimum 1.5 Year Of Experience In

Battery Field

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Must have a willingness to learn and perform new tasks With Hardwork & Self Dedicated Because of the NPD Department. Read and interpret

Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams,

&

Technical Specifications

&

Prepare Samples Of Wiring Harnesses.

Ensure proper

Torquing, Soldering Alignment, Insulation

&

Safety

Precautions During Assembly. Experience working with tools like

Torque Wrenches, Crimping Tools, Multimeters, Clamp Meter & insulation testers

Familiarity with

Assembly Jigs, Fixtures, & SOP's

in a manufacturing environment Basic Knowledge Of

Electrical Panel Assembly

Knows About

Basic Documentation

&

Good In Communication

&

Team Functionality
