Job Description

We are hiring a

Supervisor

to lead our

in-house Lithium-Ion battery assembly line

for cordless/power tools.

What You'll Do:

Lead

battery assembly operations

for cordless/power tool batteries.

Oversee

cell welding, wiring, and BMS integration

.

Maintain

quality control

and ensure safety compliance.

Train and guide the assembly team.

Troubleshoot and coordinate with production & R&D teams.

What You Need:

Diploma/Bachelor's in

Electrical/Electronics Engineering

or related field.

2-3 years in

Lithium-Ion battery assembly

within a factory setup.

Hands-on knowledge of

power tools, cordless tool batteries, and testing equipment

.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Tiruvottiyur, Chennai

Schedule:

6-day work week | On-site role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
