Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Batching Plant Operator (RMC industry preferred).
Knowledge of concrete mix design, batching software, and plant equipment.
Ability to operate control systems and troubleshoot minor issues.
Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / or relevant experience in plant operations.
