Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operate and regulate batching plant for paver block production (Proficiency in Scada/PLC Systems).

2. Monitor batching processes to ensure accurate mixing of raw materials.

3.Control and adjust machine settings to achieve desired paver specifications.

4. Ensure accurate material proportions and mixing consistency.

5. Load and unload raw materials, such as aggregates, cement, and additives.

6. Conduct basic maintenance and address minor technical issues.

7. Collaborate with production team to meet daily production targets.

8. Monitor block quality, strength, and appearance.

9. Perform routine plant and press maintenance.

10. Safely handle chemicals and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

11. Record and maintain production data, including batch records and quality checks.

12. Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues to minimize downtime.

13. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.

14. Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistent paver quality.

15. Coordinate with maintenance team for any major repairs or maintenance needs.
