Job Description

To efficiently manage batching operations, ensure proper handling of raw materials, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards while minimising spillage losses and ensuring cleanliness at the workplace.

Departmental Operations

Collect formulations for production planning during shifts.

Select raw material stacks following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Accurately weigh raw materials as per the formulation.

Maintain comprehensive records of all batches.

Conduct physical inspections of raw materials to ensure quality and compliance.

Monitor the bundling and proper stacking of old gunny bags.

Maintain detailed records of old gunny bags.

Regularly clean magnets at the dumping hopper to ensure operational efficiency

Other Activitie

Maintain and update the display board at the batching section.

Work to reduce spillage losses during operations.

Calibrate weighing scales periodically and maintain calibration records.

Ensure the batching area is kept neat and clean at all times.

Produce optimum batches to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

3. Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

(Additional Certification Required if any)

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (specific technical qualifications preferred).

Relevant Experience:

1-3 years of experience in batching or related manufacturing processes.
