Job Description

? To check that sufficient Laboure is available and to supervise them whole day.

? To check the availability of all the Materials as per recipe (Formulation)

? To stack all material nearby manual batching dumping point

? To check that manual batching line equipment are running properly

? To check that Manual Batching Panel / screen showing all parameters - like

Material Name, set weight, and Actual weight.

? Ensure Manual Batching Dumping hopper should be empty and gate

properly in closed position

? Cleaning of magnets at regular intervals.

? Ensure medicine availability and labour available at medicine dumping

point

? Regular coordination with PLC operator on weight differences if any.

? Supervision on mixing of foreign particles during dumping

? Supervision on cleaning of batching area after the work over.

? Maintain manual batch records on daily basis.

? Calibration of manual batching weighing hopper on weekly basis and

maintain its record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,145.59 - ₹16,000.00 per month
