Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Basketball Coach to lead, train, and inspire our basketball team. The coach will be responsible for developing individual and team skills, creating effective practice plans, teaching game strategies, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

Location: Aravali International School, Sector 85, Greater Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

Plan and conduct effective practice sessions focusing on skill development, conditioning, and team strategies. Provide individualized coaching to improve players' performance. Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback.

Team Management:

Foster a positive, disciplined, and respectful team culture. Ensure all athletes adhere to team rules and code of conduct. Address any behavioral or performance issues professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience coaching basketball at the school, collegiate, or professional level. In-depth knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : Minimum 5 years

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
