Job Description

Responsible for stitching basic garments and supporting bulk production in the stitching department. The role involves operating sewing machines, following stitching instructions, and maintaining quality and consistency across all garments. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic stitching techniques and be able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stitch garments as per given patterns and instructions. Support bulk production by handling specific stitching operations. Ensure accurate stitching, finishing, and seam alignment. Coordinate with the Batch Supervisor for daily production targets. Maintain sewing machines and workspace in clean working condition. Identify minor defects and carry out basic repairs when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic stitching techniques and garment construction. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Team player with good time management skills.
