Basic LED Technician Trainees
- enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn, travel, and grow with us. Freshers are welcome, and full training will be provided to selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading & Unloading:
Safely lift, load, transport, and unload LED panels, trusses, cables, and AV equipment. Assist in dismantling and packing equipment after events.
On-Site Technical Support:
Assist in the installation of LED walls, wiring, looping, and connection setups. Support the technical team in testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities under supervision.
Growth Opportunities:
Hands-on training in LED setup, wiring, and structure building.
Opportunity to develop technical expertise and advance into senior technician roles.
Potential to grow into Lead Technician or Team Lead positions based on performance.
Requirements:
Willingness to travel for events across locations.
Physically fit and able to handle equipment safely.
