- To manage multiple Builders/ Developers/ Real Estate channel Partner to facilitate the home loans through BASIC Home Loan
- Scouting and onboarding of real estate Builders & Channel Partners for home loans/mortgage servicing alliance
- Closing the Agreement and facilitating training & required support to Builder/ Channel Partner to inflow of lead to our application
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure effective management of resources and fulfilment of loan requirements for clients in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute key initiatives such as APF, Builder Mandate, builder specific financier subvention grid etc with coordination with Financier alliance team
- Conduct engagement activities across the builder segment by means of having joint activities done at the project sites
- Owning the best Service to channel partner\'s customer & escalation management
- Ensuring timely invoicing of billing of partner, reconciliation and regular MIS
- Weekly call & in-person meeting with Partner\'s team - Feedback on lead quality conversion and exploring ways to improve the lead inflow and conversion
- Reducing TAT of onboarding process of channel Partners
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
