Demonstrate cocktail preparation, flair bartending (if applicable), garnishing, and service techniques.
Train students in responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
2. Student Management
Guide students during practice sessions and ensure proper use of equipment.
Evaluate student performance through tests, exams, and practical assessments.
Provide feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
3. Bar Setup & Maintenance
Manage and maintain training bar equipment, tools, and inventory.
Ensure the training bar is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Oversee stock control of mock alcohol, syrups, juices, and consumables used for training.
4. Curriculum & Course Development
Assist in creating and updating bartending course modules.
Incorporate industry trends, new cocktails, and modern techniques into the curriculum.
Ensure training standards meet hospitality industry expectations.
