We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Bartender / Waiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, create and serve drinks, take food and beverage orders, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and present menus in a friendly and professional manner. Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar. Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar and tables. Upsell additional products when appropriate (specials, signature cocktails, desserts). Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude. Process payments (cash, card, or digital) and issue receipts. Follow safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a customer-facing F&B role. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Basic food and beverage service knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending or F&B service is a plus.
