Job Summary



We are a leading branded restaurant in Delhi NCR and looking for multiple positions in our team. We are looking to add Batender across the chain. We are in significant growth mode and are hiring talent to our management team.

Responsibilities and Duties



A Juice, Shake, and Mocktail Maker is responsible for crafting a variety of refreshing beverages while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. They play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the beverage service area and contributing to the overall customer experience through creativity and excellent service.

Drink Preparation

: Creating and serving fresh juices, shakes, and mocktails using various ingredients, following recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.

Ingredient Management

: Selecting, washing, and preparing fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring their freshness and quality.

Customer Service

: Taking orders, making recommendations, addressing customer inquiries, and customizing beverages according to customer preferences to ensure a pleasant experience.

Menu Knowledge

: Being well-versed in menu offerings, including nutritional information, potential allergens, and unique drink combinations, while staying updated on new recipes and seasonal specials.

Health and Safety Compliance

: Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all beverages are prepared in a sanitary manner.

Cleanliness and Organization

: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including washing equipment, utensils, and glassware, and regularly sanitizing surfaces.

Inventory Management

: Monitoring ingredient levels, restocking supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure the availability of all necessary ingredients.

Speed and Efficiency

: Preparing orders quickly without compromising quality, especially during peak hours, and managing time efficiently to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Creativity and Innovation

: Developing new juice, shake, and mocktail recipes to keep the menu exciting, experimenting with different flavors and presentation styles.

Team Collaboration

: Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service, and effectively communicating with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill orders promptly.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications



1 - 5 years in the restaurant industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
