Bartender

Job Title: Bartender / Bar Staff

Reports to: Bar Manager / F&B Manager

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities: o Prepare and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails according to recipes o Maintain bar station, cleanliness, hygiene standards o Stock & inventory: order ingredients, keep track of consumption, minimize wastage o Check IDs, enforce age restrictions o Upsell drinks, suggest pairings, specials o Cash handling, billing, POS operations o Assist with bar promotions, events, happy hours o Maintain garnish, glassware, tools o Adhere to safety, licensing, compliance norms

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior bartending / bar service experience (1-3 years) preferred o Knowledge of mixology, beverage trends o Speed, multitasking, ability to work under pressure o Good customer service skills, outgoing personality o Basic arithmetic / cash handling o Knowledge of POS systems Compensation & Perks: o Fixed salary + tips / incentives / performance bonus o Shift allowances, night / weekend bonus o Training opportunities o Meals / transport (if needed)
