Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Bartender / Server

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of drinks. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards. Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, tables, and service areas. Handle guest complaints with a positive attitude and resolve issues effectively. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Process payments accurately through POS systems.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or server in hospitality preferred. Knowledge of basic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player, and well-groomed appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age as per local laws to serve alcohol.
