Senior Bartender
1. Bar Back -
Key Responsibilities
Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing bar inventory
Ensure bar equipment is cleaned and maintained as per hygiene standards
Handle waste disposal and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in basic prep work (cutting garnishes, polishing glassware, etc.)
Requirements
Prior experience as Bar Back preferred (hotel / premium restaurant background is a plus)
Willingness to learn Japanese bar culture and service discipline
Physically fit and able to work long standing hours
Strong teamwork and positive attitude
Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
2. Assistant Bartender -
Key Responsibilities
Assist bartenders in preparing cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
Set up and break down the bar before and after service
Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions, and basic bar prep
Ensure consistency, presentation, and speed of service
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and bar SOPs
Interact with guests professionally and support service flow
Follow brand standards and pre-opening training modules
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a quality bar or restaurant
Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment
Interest in Japanese spirits (Sake, Whisky) preferred
Good communication and grooming standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium environment
3. Senior Bartender -
Key Responsibilities
Lead bar operations during service and ensure exceptional guest experience
Prepare and present signature cocktails with consistency and creativity
Guide and train Bar Backs and Assistant Bartenders
Maintain bar inventory, requisitions, and wastage control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards
Collaborate with management on menu execution and bar concepts
Represent the restaurant's Japanese philosophy of precision, discipline, and hospitality
Requirements
4-7 years of bartending experience, preferably in premium or luxury concepts
Strong knowledge of classic & modern cocktails and spirits
Experience with Japanese ingredients, techniques, or concepts is an advantage
Leadership skills with a calm, professional approach
Excellent guest engagement and service mindset
