The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality service standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. The role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations, along with a friendly and guest-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Provide recommendations and upsell drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Ensure compliance with legal drinking age and responsible service of alcohol.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
Manage bar inventory, request stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.
Perform flair bartending or bar showmanship when required to enhance guest experience.
Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Deliver personalized and efficient service to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flair bartending/fire flaring skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Team player with a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school/diploma or degree in hospitality (preferred).
1-3 years of bartending experience in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
Freshers with strong mixology training and enthusiasm may also be considered.
Knowledge of local and international beverages.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
