Hotel Sonar Bangla - Ripples, Kolaghat is hiring an
experienced Bartender
to manage bar operations and deliver premium guest service. The candidate must have hands-on experience in beverage preparation and bar management within hotels or premium restaurants.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Bartender
Experience in
hotel or premium restaurant bar operations
Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar presentation
Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
Ability to maintain hygiene, stock, and bar setup
Must be willing to work
on-site at Kolaghat
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages as per standards
Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance
Manage stock, inventory, and daily requisitions
Ensure guest satisfaction with attentive service
Follow safety and bar SOPs
