Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Bartender

to join our team at [Your Restaurant/Bar Name]. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, customer service, and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming bar atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, handling cash/POS systems, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including glassware and tools Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report low stock Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines Adhere to legal serving age and responsible service practices Handle billing and payments using POS systems Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; diploma in hospitality is a plus 1-3 years of experience as a bartender or bar assistant preferred Knowledge of drink mixing techniques, bar tools, and hygiene standards Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Well-groomed, professional, and punctual

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts (8-10 hours/day) Weekly off on rotational basis
