Job Description

A bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean bar area, and following all safety, hygiene, and legal regulations related to alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, spirits, coffee, soft drinks, etc.). Take customer orders and ensure accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counters, and equipment. Check identification to verify customers meet the legal drinking age. Handle cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently. Manage stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies. Upsell beverages and promote special offers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Assist in closing duties like balancing the cash register and restocking.
