Bartender

Position Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong knowledge of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes. Take customer orders accurately and make recommendations based on preferences. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, equipment, tools, and glassware. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and track shortages. Handle cash, process payments, and balance the register. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. Create a positive guest experience by engaging in friendly conversation. Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to support smooth operations. Handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol (age, certifications, etc.). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up kegs, cases, supplies. Manual dexterity for handling glassware and tools.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
