We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences, craft high-quality beverages, and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks as per recipes and customer requests
Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and track stock levels
Check identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Recommend drinks based on guest preferences
Follow safety and sanitization standards
Collaborate with servers and other staff for smooth service operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Basic math and cashiering skills
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bartending certification is a plus
