Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, committed to providing excellent customer service, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive bar experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take drink and food orders accurately and promptly. Check customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, utensils, and equipment. Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role preferred. Should have done Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
